Give hugs and kisses to your girl or your boy.
If you have your health, you have a lot,
Rejoice in the mind and body you’ve got.
If you have a good sleep, it’s the best,
Be glad for such a beautiful rest.
When GRATITUDE is what you exude,
You have increased happiness and a positive mood.
You are more satisfied and wanting less,
With improved energy and decreased stress.
And greater resilience for what may come,
You gain more patience and grow wisdom.
It strengthens relationships; improves social behaviour,
And work satisfaction, it simply works in your favour.
So don’t focus on what you didn’t get,
Or why something hasn’t transpired yet.
Instead, see your blessings, cultivate the knack,
And many more you’ll tend to attract.
